По состоянию на 1990 год дендрологическая коллекция Арборетума ГНБС насчитывала 1690 таксонов, принадлежащих к 116 семействам. К 2015 году из коллекции Арборетума ГБУ РК «НБС-ННЦ» по ряду причин выпало 157 таксонов. За период 2007-2015 гг. куртины Арборетума пополнились 98 новыми таксонами в количестве 585 экземпляров. В настоящее время наибольшим количеством таксонов представлены следующие роды: Berberis L., Cotoneaster Medic., Cupressus (Tourn.) L., Forsythia Vahl., Laurocerasus Roem., Ligustrum L., Lonicera L., Nerium L., Philadelphus L., Pinus L., Pyracantha Roem., Quercus L., Spiraea L., Thuja Tourn., Viburnum L., Yucca L.

For 1990 SNBG dendrologic Arboretum collection numbered 1690 taxons belonging to 116 families. By 2015 Arboretum collection of the SBE of RC “NBG-NSC” had lost 157 taxons because of different factors. During the period of 2007-2015 Arboretum clumps were replenished by 98 new taxons which consist of 585 specimens. Nowadays the following genera are presented by the largest number of taxons: Berberis L., Cotoneaster Medic., Cupressus (Tourn.) L., Forsythia Vahl., Laurocerasus Roem., Ligustrum L., Lonicera L., Nerium L., Philadelphus L., Pinus L., Pyracantha Roem., Quercus L., Spiraea L., Thuja Tourn., Viburnum L., Yucca L.
